Hi, I’m Renee, owner of Westbrook Hospitality, LLC, a people-oriented property management company focusing exclusively on short term rental management.
I opened my first Airbnb in August of 2018 and have since continued to learn, grow, and develop best practices and marketing techniques that I have shared with hosts from around the world.
Now, I put all of my energy into managing properties for owners here in the Upstate of SC. My team and I walk you through every step of the process of launching your property from revenue estimates and purchasing advice, to furnishing and design. Once launched, we handle every detail of management and guest relations, bringing you passive income and peace of mind.
Our methods are tried and true, as we were able to successfully get all of our owners through COVID-19 by hitting their break-even revenue number, and in most cases, exceeding it.

Our guests often comment “You’ve thought of everything!” And our owners are shocked at how their homes look when we are done. We work hard to provide a quality design plan for each property at a very affordable price.

We don’t just “list and forget” your property. Each property is unique and has it’s own sense of style. All of our properties are branded and named. We write some of the best listings on Airbnb and VRBO, giving potential guests a verbal walk-through of the property and information on what is in each room. Once we have listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and our direct website, we begin weekly monitoring our search rankings to ensure your property stays relevant, and intervene with a few marketing tricks we have up our sleeve if and when it begins to be buried in the search results. This, and our commitment to dynamic pricing, makes a huge difference in occupancy rate and overall revenue for our owners.
When we say full-service, we mean it. We are in communication with guests every step of the way, from booking, to during their stay, to mitigating any issue or maintenance problems that may arrive. We are on call 24/7, and will be at a property any time of the day or night if needed. We also handle any resolution requests and report filings in case of damages, though these instances are few and far between. We do all we can so you can sit back, relax, and collect a check at the first of each month.
