Renee Chastain

CEO + Realtor

Renee is the founder and hands-on owner of Westbrook Hospitality. She is passionate about helping business owners achieve freedom and financial independence through work that makes them feel alive. Whether she is staging a new home for an Airbnb or consulting another host here or abroad, she works hard to ensure that her clients and guests leave feeling heard, helped, and appreciated.  When not working, Renee enjoys reading, cooking, and playing in her garden.

Claire Horn

Director of Client Services + PMIC

Claire is a licensed South Carolina property manager and our Director of Midterm Leasing. She manages property advertisement, locating tenants, signing leases, scheduling maintenance, coordinating cleanings, and more for our monthly rentals. Claire’s attention to detail and organizational skills make her a perfect fit for this role. She is passionate about working with owners and tenants alike to provide clear communication and an excellent experience. When she isn’t working, she enjoys reading and spending time exploring the Upstate with her husband, Curtis, and their twins, Charlie and Maddie.

Jenna Varnadore

Administrative Specialist

Jenna is a super smart, detail-oriented creative who makes sure our reports and data are accurate and well-ordered.  Jenna manages our advertising, accounting and bookkeeping, reports for owners, and any other tasks Renee throws her way. When not working, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their two children, River and Jonas.

Zach Cross

Director of Maintenance + Operations

Zach is Westbrook Hospitality's first full-time employee. His attention to detail, maintenance knowledge, and ability to handle a variety of tasks make him perfect for this role. Whether it is stocking our inventory with items, changing air filters, assisting guests, or managing home launches, Zach does everything with excellence.

Mallory Kruntorad

Client Services Representative + Administrative Assistant

Mallory has joined our growing team to assist Jenna with Administrative tasks and to serve our guests by being our weekend Client Services Representative. Mallory's background as a Student Life Director at Samford University makes her the perfect candidate for ensuring our guests have a smooth, memorable trip to Greenville, SC. Her favorite Greenville Area restaurant is Tandem Crêperie & Coffeehouse in Traveler's Rest, SC. As an avid coffee fan, she definitely recommends their Latte, and for something sweet, a Banana Nut Crepe.

Erin Plummer

Cleaning Coordinator

Erin manages our cleaning team to make sure our homes are cleaned in a timely manner and that our guests have a 5-star experience. Her favorite Greenville restaurant is the Pita House. It’s one of our best kept secrets, serving authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. One of her favorites is their homemade Baklava. As a tip, they only take cash or check, so be sure to come prepared.
